The EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25th of 2018 and we truly believe in the spirit of this regulation for a safe and secure Internet. We are committed to respecting your privacy and, to the extent possible, not collecting and storing personally identifiable information.
If the data is not essential for the operation of our product, we do not collect it. This approach is fully in line with the spirit of the GDPR, and this data collection practice has been in place at Zenploy since day one.
Below you will find the progress made to date to comply with the GDPR for our europeans customers.
A user may request access to a copy of the personal data collected about them. Users who wish to request the portability of their personal data can contact us at any time, those who wish to export their candidate data can do it directly from within Zenploy.
On Zenploy, if a user requests to change his personal information, we can do it via our administration portal or you can do it directly from the web app by yourself. If a user has a change to make, they can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A user has the right to request that we delete all their personal data. You can ask us to delete your data or do it by yourself on Zenploy. Users who want to learn about the right to be forgotten can contact us at any time at email@example.com.
We provide ToA on the career site we host for you, telling candidates how their data will be used and how they can exercise their rights. Candidates must consent to the collection and processing of their data before submitting anything.
We audit all areas of Zenploy to determine what personal data we collect and for what purpose(s). In case the collection of personal data is not essential, we delete this collection process.
We are committed to disclose the list of all subcontractors used by Zenploy. A subcontractor includes any third party with whom we share personally identifiable information.

For your interest, our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Northern Virginia (USA). All the data transmitted to us is encrypted in 256-bit SSL. We do not exploit, transmit or resell any of your data or data related to your candidates. It is also planned to warn all our customers as well as their candidates in case of data security breach.
